Course Change Requests - 2026-2027

Please fill out this form if you would like to request a change to your child's schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.  A PARENT/GUARDIAN must fill out this form. A counselor will only reach out if there is a question or the change CANNOT be made.  The deadline to request a change is 8/1/2026.
