Military Officers Association

The Military Officers Association (MOA) ROTC medal shall recognize an outstanding cadet who is in their next- to-last year in the Program and who has demonstrated exceptional potential for military leadership. To be eligible for an award the candidate must:

  • Be in the next-to-last year of the
  • Be in good academic
  • Demonstrate a high degree of loyalty to the unit, school, and the
  • Demonstrate exceptional potential for military
