Most Improved Cadet

The MOST IMPROVED CADET RIBBON is presented annually to Cadets that have demonstrated a drastic overall improvement within the JROTC program.  Areas of emphasis are Drill and Ceremony, Wear and Appearance of the Uniform and increased leadership potential.
