Scottish Rite of Freemasonry

The Scottish Rite of Freemasonry JROTC Award is given annually to an outstanding cadet at each school for general military and scholastic excellence.  The recipient must have demonstrated academic excellence by being in the top 25% of his or her academic class and have demonstrated a potential for outstanding leadership by exhibiting qualities of dependability, good citizenship, and patriotism.
