Vietnam Veterans Association

The Vietnam Veterans of America JROTC Medal is awarded to the Cadet exemplifies the Core Values of the Vietnam Veterans of America: Advocacy, Meaningful Achievement, Integrity, Compassion and Camaraderie.  The Cadet must be in their second year of JROTC and committed to a third year and be in the upper 25 percent of his class academically.
